Great start to this year’s winter max week! 92% of our Cardinals showed squat growth this block! Average growth just under 50lbs, and a few saw 100+lb jumps. These young men have been WORKING! @ColerainFtball
Some @ColerainFtball and @ColerainXC athletes competed in the Annual Guardian Games! Games included assault courses provided by Colerain Township fire and police departments. @tvonrissen and group beat out Northwest and fellow cardinals to be named Grand Champion of the day!
