This week the management company has power washed the dirt & grime off the outside of Semple house. It's great that they have finally done this. But power washing a 7 story building in the middle of a period of water restrictions probably wasn't the smartest thing to do. #ifsc
Residents of Barrow house may be wondering why they didn't receive their post this morning. This was because there was a rat running around the ground floor area and the postman refused to proceed to the mailboxes due to health and safety concerns. #chsresidents#ifsc
Yet another example of neglect by our management company: rotting wood from water damage. That brown stuff you see is mould growing on the carpet #chsresidents#dublindocklands#ifsc
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force next week. Residents of CHS have a right to request copies of any personal data held by the management company https://t.co/A0sjxTXoLZ
The management company have finally gotten round to submitting the paper work for Paul O'Brien's resignation to the Company Registration Office (CRO). See details here: https://t.co/y1dH74mfsD
This forlorn, semi-derelict building is Semple house. Residents have been arguing with the management company for years to get this painted. Renovation work was supposed to have started last year, but residents are still waiting in vain. #chsresidents#dublindocklands#ifsc
Here's another example of the so called "high standards" the management company claims to uphold. Broken glass from the window has fallen onto the floor of the bike shed below creating yet another hazard for residents. #chsresidents#dublindocklands#ifsc
Something odd with the signatures on the 2016 company accounts. The name of the second director should be "Graham Spencer", not "Graham Spacer". This does make one wonder if any of the directors actually read these documents before they sign off on them.
Looks like the management company is still struggling to keep the lights on - another bulb has blown on one of the uplighters that are supposed to illuminate the entrance to phase 2 courtyard. 5 out of 7 of these lights are now out-of-action. #chsresidents#dublindocklands#ifsc
This is an example of the incessant water leaks in the underground car park in CHS that the management company are unable to fix https://t.co/kUv2XfaAow
@chs_update_feed I want to commend the two maintenance workers John and Marius for keeping the paths clear in CHS. Our paths are in a better state than the public pavements. These two were shovelling snow at 6:30 a.m. No sign of the Building Manager.
As I'm sure most of you are already aware, there is a weather warning in place for tomorrow with freezing temperatures forcasted. You will note the lack of any non-slip gritting on pedestrian areas in CHS. This is a major health & safety failure by the Mgnt Co. #chsupdates#ifsc
The bin room in Lagan House has an overwhelming stench of urine. This particular area had been used by junkies in the past to shoot up. Onsite security had successfully moved them on. But it's possible they may have returned. The Mgnt Co really need to keep on top of this
Exposed electrical wiring in the carpark. The management company has an extremely careless attitude when it comes to the health & safety of residents #chsresidents#dublindocklands#ifsc
The phase 2 car park entrance gate has been inoperable all weekend. It is now Monday and it's still not working. Faults with this gate have been a semi-regular occurrence for quite sometime now. #whycanttheyfixthis#chsresidents#dublindocklands#ifsc
