@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you guys exist on earth? I had been following up with your customer care for the Amazon Prime subscription billed on May 25th and until now I am unable to claim it. Does it take more than a month for such an organisation to fix the issue? You guys really need to check the capabilities of your customer care, from past two every day I call and I am promised of raising service request and fix in 24hrs, I believe your staff is confused with hours and days. Refund the subscription amount or if you cannot do it, have as a donation amount for your poor organisation. Appreciate your Assistance as always.
