@nexta_tv So it looks like Russia's targeting the elite wealthy neighborhoods now,,, Ukraine must do the same , i've always said that Ukraine needs to target the Moscow elite. They can put the necessary pressure on Putin. Nothing else has worked not even hitting energy infrastructure.
