We also were 2nd in the 1a2a3a region... we came back and beat them at states. Records were demolished.

I couldn't be more proud of this guy's team. We finished 6th In the 1a2a3a state championship with 7 athletes. Only 1 current year round club swimmer and 3 freshman. With 2 days of practice a week In the pool. Insane accomplishment!!

Aiden Linehan: 50 Free and 100 Back
Rian Healy: 50 Free
Liz Forman: 200 Free and 500 Free
Stephenie Brown: 200 Free and 1st Alternate for the 500 Free
Alli Kunes: 100 Back

@katfominykh We don't rest at all for counties so we swim slow. Both our relays dropped around 5 seconds to be seeded that high. Not the same team you watched 2 weeks ago. Not to mention Aiden Linehan is seeded 5th in the 100 back.

Tyler Downing Alert: seeded 1st in the state in 100 fly (51.39), 2nd in the 100 Breast (57.98). Was 25.5 50 breast in the medley relay, 21.1 50 free in the 200 free relay. Oh yea both those relays are seeded in 2nd at States. He isn't even shaven down yet. @katfominykh

Yesterday during our broken swim Tyler Downing went 47.7 100 fly, diving from the side (no blocks available). At 2.5- 3 seconds for turns you are looking at 50.2-50.7... that might get it done at states 🤔🤔. Look out!! @Ches_Athletics @IMChesapeakeHS @katfominykh
