@AirbnbHelp My family had 2 Airbnb bookings which were unexpectedly cancelled, but not by the host?? Now both those properties are unavailable for the exact dates we originally booked. Is this a glitch?!???? Why is there no explanation for the cancellations?

When @UPS returns your shipment b/c it’s “missing commercial invoices”… WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING?! I have been advised to make sure they are well attached + visible. Um…they are so well attached + visible UPS put the return to sender sticker on top of it! #customerservice
