He has written so many technical papers that most of us cannot understand but appreciate that our leader understands them. He is modest and sits in economy. He dumped SHIB for India Covid Relief. He has led with extreme grace

but he has also reminded that he is just one leader. he is not barking orders at validators to please once again, upgrade their nodes to the latest update. he is not telling DeFi what to do

ethereum is idealism, blended with economic pragmatism. It is berlin and new york. it is argentina and turkey (tho thats more binance and tron tbh). it is multiple perspectives all finding ways to coordinate and deliver sustainable value to "ETH the asset" while still not letting go of the values of permissionless innovation, open source, checks and balances, audits, a social immune system that discourages centralization, and protects the little guy. it is contradictions and disagreements all shoved together to get the best of all worlds
