I am updating my review once again because Kraken continues to publicly reply on Trustpilot saying my case has been referred to a specialist and that someone will contact me by email “as soon as possible.” Unfortunately, those statements have proven to be completely meaningless.
It has now been around a week since my withdrawals became stuck, and I have still not received a single email, update, or meaningful response regarding my case. My withdrawals remain pending and my funds are still inaccessible.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I cannot even reach a live support agent anymore. The live chat refuses to connect me to anyone because I already have open support tickets, yet those very tickets have received absolutely no response. I am effectively locked out of every support channel while my money remains frozen.
Instead of actual assistance, the only communication I receive is another public Trustpilot reply saying the matter has been escalated to a specialist. There is never any follow-up, no progress, and no explanation. Complete silence for an entire week while customers are left without access to their own funds is simply unacceptable.
I expected far better from a company with Kraken’s reputation. I am not asking for special treatment—I am simply asking for someone to respond and resolve the issue.
