🚨 Special Judge Susan Worthington and Judge Michael Kulling let Jesse Butler walk free after he brutally raped and strangled two girls.

One of the victims needed neck surgery.

Butler faced up to 78 years.

Instead, he got a rehabilitation plan and walked free without serving a single day in prison.

The case was dismissed.
