Report: President Donald J. Trump has asked top Illionois prosecutor to completely expunge the state's criminal history of Trump Truth Store Owner Lisa A. Fleischmann of Algonquin, Illinois, who authorities targetted in late 2025 because she had allegedly missed a court date over a minor infraction. Souces say she was targetted because she supported Trump. In May 2026, she was stopped by police on a "failure-to-appear" warrant and was abused by arresting officers. Fleishmann is legally deaf, and had claimed she couldn't hear officer's instructions. As of this month, she's long been free pending final case disposition. Per our sources, she did no wrong and was harrassed due to her political affiliation in a state rife with Democrats. Because it's a state and not a federal issue, Trump cant simply expunge, commute, or pardon--but our source said, Trump has told the state's general his Department of Justice will spend every waking hour investing him unless he expunges all pending and previous charges filed against Fleishmann. Fleishmann owns a business called the Trump Truth Store.
