PRACTICE FOR ANGER. If you channel honest anger appropriately, no one will be hurt. This will reset your boundaries in healthy ways, which will protect you and your relationships.
Be warmer during the day, and get cooler 1-2 hours before you want to sleep. Program the thermostat to start to warm up a half hour before you get up in the morning. Use temperature to amplify your circadian rhythm, enhance your energy levels, and deepen your sleep!
DO NOT STAY IN YOUR GRAY SUBPERSONALITIES. Dark and gray subpersonalities take up tremendous amounts of energy, and they sabotage your conscious desires and outcomes.
DATE EVERY ENTRY. Dating every entry allows you to chronologically reconstruct your journal by date. It helps you be consistent by letting you see the silence between your entries.
DO NOT BE AFRAID OF YOUR HEALTH SYMPTOMS. If you think something is bad for you, that you are under “assault” from chemicals and more, then it increases the chance that it will become so!

WRITE NATURALLY. If there is one inviolate rule of journal writing, it is that there simply are no rules! Do what works. Don't worry about what you're not doing. Enjoy the process!
SLEEP IN COMPLETE DARKNESS. If your curtains or blinds don't block out all light from outside, you should correct this by getting blackout curtains. If you have to, use a sleep mask. Night lights (even red ones) are not a good idea to have on all night.
