Gmorning
From the people you love
who are gone
But showed you such love and kindness
In their time with you
That you can still feel it
When you need it;
Take care today
And pass it on.
Someone needs your kindness today.
A big, big thank you to everyone who was emphatic about getting a stronger antiemitic. I love all of you. Gonna go take my next dose now and probs go back to sleep, lol. 💖
So, update on my life as a vom-cano today:
Things are better. Craig called the doctor for me, raised a bit of a stick, and now I have a new painkiller & antiemitic. He brought them home to me, watched to make sure I took them,
and then made me a chocolate breakfast essentials with almond milk to get some vitamins/proteins/calories in my body. I passed out for a good chunk of the evening, but I'm awake now and feel relatively human again.
@Burning_Up_ I tried strawberry jello last night and immediately threw it up after eating half a serving (it was pre-made, in those little cups). I don't have much faith in anything more substantial.
Twitter, what do I do?
I'm at the end of a dose of Norco and need to take another. I woke up an hour early from the timer with pain, disorientation, and nausea. So I rock myself back and forth trying to alleviate the discomfort.
Also, in case you hadn't heard and are A) on Facebook and 2.) Interested in being a helper/organizer friend, or C.) just interested in getting more detailed updates about doctor visits, etc, we set up a FB group. It's "closed" but anyone can join.

I just took a phenegran by itself to see if letting it get into my system would make the Norco go down better, and I threw up exactly to minutes into having the phenegran on my stomach.
Craig called the doctor, but only was able to leave a voicemail on the nurses line.
@michellecarl *so many hugs* I love you, too. I would totally be willing to try pickled strawberries, because I doubt they'd pickle them with dill... And I've had stuff like pickled watermelon rinds, which were pretty tasty
