@infernodan The second is more social. That being adopting a champion as part of one’s identity. As league became more popular more and more people wanted to stand out as “the best” but rank 1 isn’t achievable for most people so they try and be the best at a champion they vibe with instead

@infernodan I think its 2 reasons. The first is as the general population improved so you just get more reward getting a single champion on par or above your ranks skill level which would otherwise take a long time to do on multiple champions.
