@ohnick2004 @CourtTV I mean what’s the number of homeowners with legally owned guns in TX? Hell if I have a problem with a neighbor that I know owns a gun, all I have to do is call in a possible burglary in the wee hours of the morning and hope for the best. How do you defend yourself from this?

@ohnick2004 @CourtTV So what your saying is that if this had happened to your wife or child you’d be fine with them being killed. Where is the rights of the homeowner that legally owns a firearm to protect themselves and their family. Had the officer identified himself this wouldn’t have happened.
