@gopher_p You will need to go to the ip address of your modem in a browser and log in. there will be a menu option for the log. You can google your band of modem to find the ip address.

@gopher_p @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Have you looked at your modem logs when it's slow? When I was having problems I could see tons of errors on the log when it was happening. That's what they used to verify the problem was not in my house.
