@The_Ogundipe I have never used "See the case of ....". What I learnt was, "We refer my Lord to the following Appellate Authorities in.....".

We were taught in my Uni never to say "See the case of"...be like you dey send My Lord message rudely.

@The_Ogundipe Did the Claimant challenge the Statement of Defence as being irregular?. Failure to challenge it means he has waived such irregularity. You cannot challenge the deposition filed alongside a Statement of Defence you havent challenged.

@the_beardedsina Lol. I was born in that hospital. I live less than 1hr from that Hospital. Somebody close to me had carcinoma. That hospital does not have an Oncology Department, even Asaba Specialist Hospital does not have one. No Lab in Ogwashi Uku can do a CA protein marker test.

@Obumnemetg Lol..Was in Agbani in 11/12. Snake sightings were frequent. I stayed at snake Island . You could literally be walking to the Hostel and you'd have to wait for a big snake to cross the Road. "Adam & Eve Hostel" "Snake Island". Agbani = Garden of Eden.
