@DavidChiu this is the same issue my mom has been going through. She's been on "pending" since May and not a single response to calls/emails to indicate WHY. Tons of other folks on EDD's FB have indicated the same issue. So awful.

@CHPAlerts @LAPDHQ Was he found? I saw someone who looked similar in my neighborhood around 3pm (on Burnside between Adams and Hauser). But the person I saw later walked back with shopping cart full of groceries so probably not same person.
