@jojo_wiki Stone ocean’s trailer was released 4 months before the first batch and it showed scenes from different episodes including later ones like weather intro. Now we have ~5,5 months and they only showed a teaser of the first episode. I don’t think they’ll release it in batches

Shogo Sakata's comments on voicing Johnny Joestar in the Steel Ball Run: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime:
"The first round was a tape audition. My manager is a huge JoJo fan. I myself had read Steel Ball Run thoroughly in preparation before that audition, but with my manager’s advice I felt more reassured going into it. It really helped to have such a big fan watching over me, and I felt I was able to polish my performance more. When I advanced to the studio audition, there was that 'Ora Ora' line. I thought it was incredibly important. So, from the moment I was told I had passed to the studio audition, I was constantly muttering it, from when I woke up to when I was in the bath. I thought, 'I have to get this ‘Ora Ora’ part right.' Thanks to that, I left the studio audition feeling confident that I had at least nailed that part the best.

I feel that Johnny is a very human character. He shows things like the weaker sides of people, even a bit of patheticness at times, and I think that's part of his appeal. Despite showing that weakness, he's a character who still manages to rise again. That's the kind of person I see him as, and that's what I strive to express in my performance.

There have been a lot of setbacks in my life up until now... and also running away from difficult things or getting discouraged. But at the very last moment... my way of thinking does a complete 180. I feel like 'If I'm going to fail here anyway, I might as well fall forward.' There are a lot of pressures, but I think the only thing I can do is to squeeze out my soul in front of the microphone and produce my voice, so I'm trying not to think about anything else and do my best."
