@_itsutopia_ It should be possible technically, but it's not a high priority for me right now since it would take a long time to implement and would mainly be usable by PC players with access to world save.
Seed maps load significantly faster (~35% overworld, ~60% nether, ~80% End on a typical machine with default settings). Also recently tweaked Grove/Jagged Peaks colors and added custom world border support.
@rtbaptiste99 You can use it like that. In the settings popup, set the pixel distance and it also shows the block distance which depends on zoom level. You might not be able to get exact block distance though. It uses euclidean distance, and might miss some setups at map tile boundaries.
Added experimental sulfur caves support for Bedrock Preview versions. You can now also see the rough height ranges of cave biomes in map marker popups.
An updated map experience is coming to Chunk Base with smoother scrolling, customizable markers, and more! For now, it's opt-in at https://t.co/GGvSrx2qht. Let me know if you run into any issues!
I hope everyone's enjoying the Copper Age drop! No major changes to the seed map, but if you're ever tired of searching for copper, you know where to look :)
Added Nether Fossils + Some QoL improvements:
- Fewer features visible by default (less clutter)
- Selected features are now remembered
- Marked locations can be saved/loaded to disk
- Updated witch hut icon for better visibility
Thanks for all your feedback!
@master_gig Do you mean the feature locations marked as complete, or the feature visibility turned on/off? The former is already implemented like this, the latter is also planned.
