Yes when you’re alone and have nothing to do, you may revisit that pain because it’s still there. Or it may just hit you out of nowhere. But you’ll overcome it like you always do. The scar would never fade away with time but your brightness would hide it pretty well

If you’re wondering if after all the years would it still hurt. Then sorry to break your bubble but yes it would. But you’ll eventually gather yourself up and make a beautiful little world around that scar and continue life for the little rewards that make you happy.
