i think that only applies to enhypen, and even enhypen, their whole webtoon-music video lore comes directly from bighit with bts and txt. in terms of creative, belift does tend to regurgitate what other labels/groups in hybe have done whether it be bts, txt, newjeans etc.

ppl can say what they want but belift is the agency with the strongest creative vision and the clearest sense of identity for their groups in hybe (and possibly in the industry) right now. you can even see their influence emerging in some of the newer projects in kpop

Because currently all idols want to debut under HYBE, with BTS' name giving them default audience kickstart, BTS networks providing opportunities other labels can't, and BTS money funding them years of free training and accomodation without trainee debt. HYBE is sustaining around 200 trainees at all times on the most competitive level, dependant on talent and dedication without wealth intervening the rankings. It's given that the talents who won't get into debut lineups under hybe need to leave to make it elsewhere, and for other labels it's the dream treat because they're a ready-made idol with no investment cost ready to snatch and bring free publiclity to hybe obsessed kpop community on top of that
