any such appeal.

@instablog9ja How can a High Court judge sit on appeal over it's own judgement? Once a judge delivers judgement on a matter, it becomes a functus officio and lacks authority/jurisdiction to adjudicate on that matter .anymore. Anyone that's still aggrieved will have to approach a higher court.

"It will haunt the said counsel for the rest of his career ..." This went be beyond the case in question and ought not to.

@HarmlessHQ Am not VDM's fan, do not follow him on any platform but I do see some of his videos. When I saw that video, I knew it was fake. Isn't it ludicrous how Bayo threatened him for not verifying when Bayo himself failed to verify VDM's video before going to rant and vent his bile.

@Dannymasterp I am not VDM's fan, not sure that I follow him on any social media platform but I usually lots of his viral videos. That said, when I saw that video, I know everything about it is fake. So, if you ask why he didn't debunk it, why didn't BAT debunk his? They both have equal rights

For all of you saying the video was doctored with VDM's face.

My own is that even if the video is AI generated what stops him VDM from debunking it and letting the general public know it's fake 🤥

Instead he went on camera to start to abusing everybody and even called Mr Bayo Onuaga President Spokesman stuupit, that's too far fr.

Yet he didn't say anything about the video wether he did it or not. He has crossed his line it's time for him to face the law

2027: Why NDC, other Opposition Parties must Rethink Zoning Presidency To South – Atiku warns

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has warned opposition parties against zoning their 2027 presidential ticket to the South, saying such a move could weaken chances of defeating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a statement by his spokesperson, Olusola Sanni, Atiku described the push as “self-defeating and intellectually dishonest,” insisting politics should be based on strategy and “hard electoral arithmetic,” not “emotional talking points.”

“The first and most obvious question is this: how does a Southern opposition candidate realistically unseat a sitting Southern president?” the statement asked, adding that no incumbent president has been defeated by an opposition candidate from the same region.

The camp also argued that by 2027, the South would have spent about 18 years in power in the Fourth Republic, compared to about 10 years for the North, making the zoning argument difficult to justify “under the guise of equity.”

Atiku further accused some politicians of hypocrisy for supporting Goodluck Jonathan’s presidency in 2011 after the d+ath of Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, but now defending zoning as a sacred principle.

He, however, said the Southeast deserves “a sustainable and credible pathway to national leadership,” not “symbolic tokenism.”
