V8 were talking about how the aquarius stories turned out to be true, and vernon ended up realizing the unfair truth about being an aquarius 😆 he even brought up dokyeom, saying
🐻❄️: dokyeom hyung has the exact same birthday as me. but hyung’s personality is completely different from mine

The Boy Who Never Goes to Heaven was the most difficult writing experience of my life.
In terms of production detail, every project is challenging, but this one was especially hard because we were dealing with belief, something that people hold onto as their anchor, but which can also be used to hurt or destroy.
The process was extremely difficult. There were countless limitations, to the point where I often asked the director, “Can we really make this happen?” There were many moments where we thought about stopping or giving up.
What my director and I kept saying throughout the process was: our intention is good. We are not here to attack anyone. We are here to create understanding and to pass on love.
Before we could ask the characters to believe, we had to believe first.
After the final screening, Phi Aof said, “We did it.”
The Boy Who Never Goes to Heaven is a love letter written for people who are diverse, and who feel alienated from society.
We did not compromise, and many parts of the story are painfully bitter, but that bitterness was intentional. It was our way of saying: we understand. Life is never easy, right?
We wrote this love letter to say: “Don’t forget to love and forgive yourself.”
The world is never easy to live in, but it becomes easier when we learn to show compassion to ourselves.
Every morning I woke up to write this script, I felt like I was going out to build a massive sculpture, and this sculpture was only possible because of a team that trusted each other completely.
I wrote the script and sent it to the director. After that, all I could do was pray that everything would turn out well, and the final result exceeded everything I ever imagined.
Whenever I say thank you to all the crew, both in front of and behind the camera, I truly mean it. Everyone gave their all to build this work together until it was complete.
In the end, I think no words of gratitude are stronger than the message of this story itself:
Life is not easy, but it is not entirely impossible either.
We have the right to love in whatever way we choose, but most importantly, we must not forget to love ourselves.
As just a small part of The Boy Who Never Goes to Heaven, I would like to sincerely thank everyone. Thank you for giving me the honor of reading and experiencing a piece of work I put my heart into.
If there are any mistakes, I sincerely apologize.
I hope this love letter reaches you.
Please don’t forget to love yourself. Whenever you feel tired, Barth and Tanrak will always be here waiting for you. You can come back anytime. ❤️
@ongsacat i am so happy for u! i hope others find tth and feel this liberation as well. this is why i’ve always believed that tth will end well for both barth & tanrak, because from the beginning the series has always advocated for loving & accepting god and the self 🤍
he was never the villain, honestly. even when tanrak was struggling with his sexuality when he was younger, all father did was be there for him with compassion, all things (generation, religion, zeitgeist, etc.) considered
realising father was never the villain of tanrak’s story, instead he always reminded rak to love himself, forgiving himself for not being able to be the one he wanted, he is the person every person going through religious dilema deserves.. he was kind 🥺

vernon, a true aquarius
👤 what’s your zodiac sign?
🐻❄️ aquarius. but mbti is way more reasonable. you know americans talk about aquarius a lot
👤 what’s the aquarius vibe?
🐻❄️ i was so annoyed by it that i don't even remember. zodiac signs are really annoying
👤 ah maybe it was too accurate
🐻❄️ … no! it’s like they try to force it to fit somehow–okay you’re looking it up
👤 these are the typical personality traits. a free spirit,
🐻❄️ 😆
👤 what!
🐻❄️ it’s something i hear a lot…
👤 dislikes being confined by rules, often thinks “why does it have to be that way”, original and creative, strong personalities, rational and objective
🐻❄️ hold on let me check what you searched
👤 it is aquarius! you don’t trust me?!
👤 they also tend to analyze situations coolly when solving problems, so they're sometimes misunderstood as cold. likes people but needs personal space. values alone time very much. feels burdened when people interfere too much or get clingy. oh! there is a commonly mentioned flaw
🐻❄️ what is it?
👤 stubborn
🐻❄️ 😅
👤 they also don’t express emotions well, so they can feel distant. might suddenly contact you less. what do you think!
🐻❄️ uh, it's pretty... accurate
👤 you hate saying it's accurate, right
🐻❄️ i mean, there's zero logic behind this, what does being born at that time have to do with personality?
👤 even saying this right now could be an aquarius trait
🐻❄️ now that is totally a maddening loop
👤 this is funny, you’re definitely an aquarius
🐻❄️ i guess i am definitely an aquarius
👤 also, pretending to be cool about it and agreeing is also an aquarius trait
🐻❄️ 😆😆😆
