Few things here

I think people drink way too much water

I think they drink dirty water with added minerals and sulfates

If you are truly optimized - not deficient and not toxic - and getting hydration from your foods - it’s true you don’t need as much water

You ever see David Choe on Rogan talking about the tribes in Africa how they basically sprint for miles and never stop for water

Ever stop and ask yourself why they are like that

Ever stop and ask yourself what do they eat - not much variety that’s for sure
They definitely don’t have a pantry of seasonings they don’t get a dozen of eggs every week and the only time they eat dairy is to purposely make their belly’s huge
