This is my order ID 8560510087 I ordered special chicken lollipop dry from Chinese by nature first it had too much spillage and then when we opened it we were given chicken lollipop or something we don't even know, and when we tried to complain you don't reply

@zomato my order id 8208155588 we ordered chicken lollipop first of all we ordered from sector 12 but it showed sector 3(it only gives 8 piece in full plate where as others give 10) and then they told us they can't cancel the order even though we tried to cancel just after 2 mins

@zomato but that was still fine but then our order didn't arrive even after 1:30 hrs and it shows that it has been delivered but we didn't even get a call or anything. It did arrive after 1:30 but if an order comes this late yk how cold it gets , it was so cold and dry

Even though we called like 5 minutes after we ordered but that was still fine but then our order didn't arrive even after 1:30 hrs and it shows that it has been delivered but we didn't even get a call or anything. We r hungry here and the Zomato support is not doing anything much

@littleboxindia Hey, I ordered a top on 17th April , it hasn't even been dispatched yet whereas you show that it gets dispatched in 3-7 days , even after trying customer support there's nothing neither the redirecting the chat to an agent works cus they never text back .

@littleboxindia Order ID EX-2280132 I exchanged on 31st April, can you ship it early I ordered the previous top is s size, it was so snug on me and this top size s was so loose just cus of this I had to exchange first I waited for 15 days for this to arrive and it came wrong size

Otherwise I don't think your brand's worth it it's just a trap that will keep people in the loop of buying clothes and returning them and not getting return in their source account but a gift card.

Then you took ₹99 from what you will be refunding me that too as a gift card that I can only use on your shitty app. So I had to buy one top from that giftcard which has not even been dispatched yet. How irresponsible and it's such a fraud behaviour.
