冷知識：醫學上不存在「暈碳」的說法，真正術語是Postprandial Somnolence（餐後嗜睡），原因是無論高碳飲食或是低碳飲食，只要吃飽就是容易暈，跟血糖震盪沒有太大關係，不信的話可以午餐塞個牛排試試😂

結論就是不用污名化碳水，想預防food coma，吃飯7分飽+飯後散步15分鐘刺激交感神經，比較實際。
