My own take on the MAS Tabata method (2:1)β¦ 400m of mixed distances including shuttles. A nice variation to use in-season to expose all players to elements they may not get enough of within training games.

@SmallerFishGAA@crewzer24 Can it be done without the S&C been in the middle than the answer is yes. The S&C focus yesterday was on mechanics of how you run. eg A skips & B skips. Players have their job to do while the coach has his. I am just explaining it not looking for you to agree/ disagree with me
A negative step occurs when an athlete's torso is traveling forward & their knee + foot are traveling backward to hit the ground
If their knee and foot land in front,they have to wait for their hip to cross over where their ankle is
