Keith Lee tells Keke Palmer how important respect in his marriage is, explaining that he’ll only have more kids if his wife wants to because she’s the one who carries them 👀
“I’m done when she’s done… If she want 30 of them, we gonna have 30 of them… I’m not the one carrying them, that’s not my body going through the before, after effects.”

I hope I marry a man who's Thoughtful. I don't want flowers on valentine's day because that's what you're "supposed to do". I want flowers on a random Tuesday bcz you thought of me on your way home
@MeIixo @mistressaxx_ i did a quick google search to see if it was like a state to state thing, and most response say that it’s up to the landlords discretion wether or not a resident can do something like that to evade renewal increases, and denial does not go against fair housing.
@Talkshitndsnoop@MeIixo @mistressaxx_ see that’s why i think it’s up to the state because someone else said something about the more rooms thing and i’ve never heard of that either. in texas you can transfer to any unit larger or smaller.
@MeIixo @mistressaxx_ it doesn’t go against fair housing because no one is stopping her from living there. if she wants to stay she can renew. if everyone was able to just reapply and stay in the same unit for the same or lower rent renewals literally wouldn’t exist? which would result in lost venue
@MeIixo @mistressaxx_ mmm maybe in other states bc i’ve never heard of that . as someone who works in property management in texas , a new application from a current resident has never been allowed . they have to fulfill their notice to vacate before being allowed to submit any brand new applications
