@JoshMags_ In that case, yes I believe that the Marine Corps should have to have these aircrafts inspected much more frequently. If they fail the inspection, they should not be able to fly. If they fly anyways then a lawsuit would be appropriate.

@sam_kentslaw I think this is a case of criminal negligence and should be treated as such. The punishment in Canada for this is 10 years in prison and I think this is an appropriate sentence for this case.

@sam_kentslaw Yes I think there should be a charge put in place. If it was in Canada, it would violate equality rights by discriminating against women and therefore a punishment would certainly occur here and it should occur in Boston as well.

@JoshMags_ They should pay the school for any damage caused but I do not think they should be sued. If this continues to occur however, a law needs to be put in place to ensure safer transportation of potentially harmful items

@escottlaw I also agree, he should not only be removed from his position but should also be charged a large sum of money. He should also pay the victim for any medical costs involved in repairing the initials

@JoshMags_ I do not think that inflicting this pain onto animals is okay. It may be more beneficial to the owner, but causing cruelty to cats does not justify the act. More places should ban declawing domestic cats.

@LawAbril I think this action was much too violent. The fact that so many people were injured shows the brutality that this police force possesses. There were definitely much safer practices that could have been used in this situation.

@Kass_BcssLaw This is tragic, along with all the other school shootings that have occurred. Gun laws absolutely need to be restricted, too many innocent children and teachers have lost their lives. Laws should also be implemented to increase security of schools.

@escottlaw Because texts play a big part in investigations nowadays, having these rights in place may make it more difficult for investigators to find sufficient evidence. This will make convicting people of crimes more difficult.

@escottlaw Unfairly, the the charge would likely have been higher if the roles were reversed. Just because it is less common for women to be found guilty in assault case, doesn't make the problem any less severe. Raising awareness that this can occur to either gender would be benificial.

@JoshMags_ @keanna_bcsslaw I agree with @JoshMags_. I am aware that they do touch on the subject of bullying in most schools but it is clearly still an ongoing issue. Schools should require a bigger focus on it in younger grades in order to prevent it from growing worse as the children age.

@karinabcsslaw It’s good to see that this is happening now but there should not have been any discriminatory rules in the first place. Let’s hope this sparks changes in other companies’ hiring rules.
