@downward_paul Multi Academy Trusts are not the way forwards, schools are meant to serve a local community and fit their approach to that community. Instead MATs replace these values with a corporate identity and are run as a business and not a nurturing place of education.
@downward_paul I think they are playing to the conditions. Greasy ball... send it long and force some errors. There was a dead part when it was like tennis, but I do think it's a half pace NZ at the moment.
@vrbo My wife @claireredmond86 has sent you the information AGAIN (5 TIMES NOW) for you to investigate further and pass on again.... these Twitter responses seem to be your standard response to make it seem that you care about customer service, but it is clear that you do not
@vrbo@VrboUK it has been over a month since we contacted and still no support. This is disgusting customer service from you.... you left us stranded with 3 kids in another country and all we got as way of support was empty promises...
@vrbo@VrboUK after telling us to DM you we have still been fobbed off with our case is being passed on. This is 4 times (at least we have been fed these lies). @vrbo a company to avoid at all costs: they are happy to take the money, but none of the responsibilities! #vrbosucks
@vrbo My wife (original post) has emailed you back only to get get the same response of it will be passed up. We have been promised this so many times and no further forwards. It seems like this is a common occurrence.

A problem in education is teachers are the front line on mental health, family, poverty issues and so much more. The idea that teachers just 'teach' is over. The line between teaching and social work, or mental health is blurring. Yet teachers cannot solve societal issues.
