British Airways lost my baggage and have been unable to locate it for a week now. I have heard multiple people experiencing a similar issue. @British_Airways I need my luggage located and returned immediately.

@British_Airways still no update on my missing bag. Are you going to reimburse for the bag contents before Christmas? Unsure how you expect customers to pay for new items especially at this time of year. This has been extremely disappointing and would turn me off ever flying BA.
