I get the feeling that a lot of people didn’t realise this was the case. I think people were conflicted about voting yes and so relied on others to vote in favour. Sadly, this means many passionate nurses are unable to strike with us. However, we stand together #EnoughlsEnough

Last night I experienced quite possibly the darkest event of my paediatric career to date when I was forced to use tegaderm *WITHOUT* teddy bears on it. Successful cannula insertion, but at what cost ?
