It’s so unfortunate and infuriating to see what you and your family have had to endure. There are some of us fortunate enough to get glimpses behind the curtain and can attest to the true motivations behind people’s actions. Some are simply generous and do so much for these athletes, both in and out of the view of the general public. Others are motivated by ego, self-promotion.

Today we are again dealing with hostile comments directed at us from individuals incited by lies (lies intentionally perpetuated to incite hostility). We had hoped that the facts communicated in a syracuse dot com article last summer (July) would provide details to the community, however our family continues to be targeted.

Since March 2025 our family has been threatened with “extreme violence”, the threats became so serious that we required private investigators, 24/7 armed security for our children and grandchild, support from our legal team and the DA’s office.

We did not speak out about this situation out of fear that the threats would escalate. Unfortunately it seems like our silence has only emboldened others to continue to harass and defame our family.

Regardless of the content, Adam stated that he was contacted by Mrs. Lally at about 4am regarding marketing advice and that he offered help setting their charitable foundation up with drone coverage. The foundation social media did not exist at the time he claimed this happened.

He was not contacted. He claimed she behaved in an “unhinged” manner, and completely fabricated an exchange.

If I do, you will see that the contact started at 11:14am from Adam and that shows malice - he stated in the pod cast transcript that he has the messages, and that he was contacted unsolicited at 4am. So my evidence shows that’s not true and that along with the admission to Mike Waters shows absolute malice.

Also, the Lally’s have gone on the record as to why they are so adamant against Adam being near their family and it has nothing to do with publicity and everything to do with something illegal.

Mike, you have the screenshots, and Adam’s admission. Do your job.

You withheld information that demonstrated that he DID lie from your “bombshell” article showing that he was not, in fact, a donor of significance to Syracuse, or a major contributor to NIL.

And because you withheld information, this family has been harassed and threatened so seriously that it required legal intervention, armed private security for the family and their child (who is pregnant) and their grandchild who is two years old.

You allowed a lie to be perpetuated and weaponized because you are biased toward one side? Otherwise, why would you leave out such crucial information to a narrative impacting so many?
