Please remember, today, you are just as amazing, brave, thoughtful, sensitive, and kind as you ever were. Please don't allow anyone else to make you feel differently.

@arrivanortheast@My_Metro The drivers were trying to be helpful, @arrivanortheast. The @My_Metro staff member at Regent Centre was very pleasant too, just unable to do anything except help with the ticket machines. I did laugh when my Metro ticket didn't work on the exit barrier though!
@My_Metro There's a problem in Gosforth and all Arriva buses are telling their passengers to use the Metro for free. We're being told to buy tickets. Can you advise please?
@arrivanortheast@My_Metro Hi @arrivanortheast. A number of Northumberland route buses were emptied at Regent Centre as they were turning around to head north again, unable to progress to Haymarket. The msg from the drivers was to speak to @My_Metro staff and present their bus tickets/passes to travel.
