A. I am not liable to pay for the month where I haven’t used the postpaid services. I had painfully suffered no service for good 4 days soon after the porting as it was getting transferred to prepaid from postpaid.2/5

I am out of town for a long duration and I can’t be bothered to make calls to Du on roaming.

@dutweets B. There is no way on the app to even access postpaid account coz it already got converted before due time. So whatever you’re asking for paying unlawfully isnt even possible.

@dutweets I had gotten my postpaid account ported to prepaid around the end of August and I had also settled my final bill. Despite that I’ve received a monthly bill of
September followed by bill payment reminders and now the suspension warnings due to failure of payment.
