for those who are asking,
the difference between robotic affirming & saturation ——
robotic affirming: self-explanatory. you are repeating an affirmation or several affirmations in your head over & over with no feeling. you are not feeling them real. you are just looping them robotically.
saturation: saturating your mind with your/new story whether that be through affirming, visualizing, scripting, subliminals, etc.
you are constantly looping the new story in your head for a specific period of time. you are soaking your mind in the new story. you absolutely CAN saturate your mind with robotic affirmations.
I remember when before knowing about the law of assumption, i used to go on walks and tell myself the things I'm grateful for. I'd say things like "I'm so magnetic, I'm so attractive, I'm so stunning, i have everything i want" etc and simply appreciate the simple things in life. And i kid you not, everything in my life was so amazing 😭 that too all of a sudden and i never realised that it was repetition until later.
I never contradicted what i said, i simply said it and let it be. And guess what? I got proposals, compliments, gifts, money, attention AND SO MUCH MORE

just to be clear with you guys - subliminals are a form of saturation. listening to subliminals is also a method.
it is NOT the subliminal that gets you results (but it does aid in helping you get results). it’s YOU who gets yourself results. it’s your mind. your new mindset.
the subliminal is only helping rewire your mind to think from the new story. it’s soaking your mind in the new story with the use of affirmations. it’s reinforcing the fact that your desired story is the story that you are experiencing right now.
Affirmations I like to use when the old story comes up:
- No, that’s not true
- It’s irrelevant to me now.
- It’s just a glitch, it’s not true.
- That’s the old story, I don’t identify with it anymore.
- Nope that’s not my experience.
everything that needs to happen WILL happen. you don't need to stress out about the details.
manifesting your SP back? if you require an apology, you WILL get your apology! your affirmations don't have to be long and complicated. decide you already have your SP and everything will fall into place.
That’s exactly what I told my mom when she was feeling so anxious the other night about her “big” desires. She was looking at everything through a strictly logical lens. She was overthinking every little details, trying to figure out the “how,” “when,” etc. And honestly, when you micromanage and overanalyze every bits of pieces, it’ll definitely exhaust and drain you.
When I told her this, instead of continuing to spiral over the details, she actually listened. She affirmed then went to sleep and when we woke up, she received her “big” desires. She realized that everything has always been working out in her favor. She laughed because she also realized that she didn’t needed to stress herself out. All she just needed to do was: stay still, return to the I AM, and know that it is done.
Stop forcing yourself to come up with an image to match your affirmations. You don’t have to you could be looking at your undesired body and still be affirming I have my desired body I look fabulous in the mirror I literally have it. And that’s enough. Be blind to the things+
last night i decided to ask my boyfriend what he felt while i was “manifesting” him — i was mostly focusing on self concept and whenever i thought of him i just reminded myself that he wanted to be with me
he said by the time we met he was talking to other girls, that i was the one he wanted but i wasn’t giving him signs of actually wanting something to do with him, so he just messed around texting those girls
then he said he suddenly just didn’t want to talk to anyone else, that he wanted to focus on me even if i wasn’t giving him any signs of liking him. he said he doesn’t know why, but he lost interest in those girls and ghosted them lol 😭
meanwhile i was affirming that i’m always chosen, i’m everyone’s top priority, no one is better than me, no one can compare to me, no one can compete with me, i’m always the first and only choice, i’m the type people commit to without thinking twice. and him? just said he wasn’t gonna give up even if i rejected him, and that’s what happened
again, your SP hears you. i’m finding out about this almost 6 months later, but it was happening while i was affirming. you’ll always be proven right & your manifestation WILL be made obvious for you to realize you’re actually in control!!!
You don’t need to stress over how your SP is acting in the 3D.
If you don’t like what you’re seeing, stop engaging with that version of them and change how you see them in your mind instead, they’ll reflect that version!!
You don’t need to force or control anything.
my manifestation tips:
- i don't deal with deadlines. if i want something and it has to happen by a certain date, i simply affirm it's done and i know everything will work out for me to receive it on time. i don't give deadlines any attention
- i don't deal with 3Ps. i don't acknowledge them and instead affirm that SP and i have always been happily together.
- i don't deal with resistance/problems/obstacles. those don't exist in my reality. everything that happens is bringing me my desire regardless.
the common pattern here is awareness and focus. what are you focusing on? are you getting distracted and intimidated by "obstacles"? it would be much better to continue persisting in your affirmations regardless of what you see in your reality.
how i deal with opposing thoughts:
yes you can robotically affirm against them and it does work! but i personally have a more gentle approach.
1. take a moment to breathe. slow down your thoughts and remember that you don't have to identify with all your thoughts. you're not ruining anything and that dominant thoughts manifest, so it's totally ok if you had a few opposing thoughts here and there
2. ask yourself, as the person who already has their desires, what would i be thinking? are these worries relevant or they holding me back in the old story
3. go back to your affirmations. if desire specific affirmations trigger you, just do self concept affirmations until you feel stable enough to continue
you deserve to feel stable and calm regardless what you're manifesting <3 you got this 🩵🩵
how i use the list method
- write down exactly what i want to experience. the list can be as long as you want
- put it away, know that it's done
- affirm it's done whenever i think about my list
- if i start doubting, i come back to this list and remind myself that i already have it
and this is how you manifest multiple things at once :D

why affirm that? just affirm that u see it and physically have it now.
it’s all just u anyway and ur limitless so what are u waiting for?
your new mindset:
i don’t care if this makes sense to me. i don’t care about how it’s going to show up. i don’t care if it seems difficult or impossible. i am still choosing that i have it and sticking to my decision. it will manifest regardless.
repetition is the key to manifestation.
repeating the idea that you have your desire so much so that your subconscious has no other way but to believe it.
and tada you'll be blessed with your desire in 3d
Trust me when i say this, every version of you exists in this universe. The version of you who has their dream life, the version of you who is living their life with the perfect version of your SP.
You can have it all. Quite literally. As someone who has manifested multiple 6 figures and my dream life.
Think from that version of you who has it all. Ask yourself "if i had 6 figures in my bank account what would I think?"
"If i had the DREAM VERSION of my SP rn what would i think or act like?"
And then start thinking like them. That's it.
Not everything is supposed to be hard and not everything is hard.
It's easy, really damn easy.
