@SpotifyCares hi! i am experiencing an issue on the app. every time i'm exiting out of the app and go back into the app, it changes to a different song, but from the same playlist i am currently using. i changed mg password twice, and it is still doing the issue. any help? thanks

@SpotifyCares there is currently no software updates on my phone. i have IOS, and i'm using IOS 17, and i haven't used the newer version

@SpotifyCares just checked into my laptop. it showed up in a different playlist (my boyfriend's playlist), but it did not have the same issue on my laptop, just my phone having the issue.

@SpotifyCares just did the reinstall. the app automatically saved my log in. was i supposed to log out and log back in? if either/or, it is still doing the same issue.
