Apple’s new call screening is awesome. Not a single call that is not in my contacts has rang through. They either hung up when asked who they are or it was a robocall and screening hung up when there was silence. I just show a missed call in my call log.

Today’s Goodwill purchases. Currently, I try to only purchase 4K media, but with today’s prices I have to be selective. I have no problem backfilling some physical media with standard Blu Ray, especially when it still looks awesome on my OLED TV.

I am from an era that you were faithful to a job, you were rewarded for your dedication and your experience. That is not the mindset in the IT world anymore. You only move up if you change jobs, even within the company. Most are younger and only stay 2 or 3 years. I am getting closer to retirement age and the concern grows more and more of what I will I do if I ever have to try and find another job.
