Proud to say that in nearly 20 years of BA Journalism at USW we have trained a large number of young working class people, many of whom are now making their mark in the industry. @BJTC_UK https://t.co/N8XAamoT7A

Leading guitarist and founding member of Thin Lizzy, Gary Moore, would've turned 72 today.
Here is Gary Moore performing "Still Got The Blues".
This is undoubtedly one of the most incredible guitar solos ever done.
His guitar cries, he cries, you cry, everybody cries.
We still have availability for our guided bike tours over the Easter weekend. Join us to learn about the history and culture of Cardiff. Details and bookings here: https://t.co/uHujcnnVkR
@Journo_USW@BJTC_UK Really sad to hear this news. I graduated in 2016, they were some of the best years of my life and what I learnt there has helped me since both creatively and in terms of research skills that I used for the walking tours.
A bittersweet moment. My last day in university. Thank you to our incredible lecturers. I wouldn’t be where I am as a journalist today without them, I have learnt so much and improved massively since the first year. It was a pleasure to spend years working with lovely course mates as well. @Journo_USW it has been incredible.
Last ever newsday after nearly 20 years. So many achievements – stories in national newspapers, war reporting, uncovering injustices, and numerous awards. Amazing students and always lovely to follow our graduates in their careers. RIP BA Journalism – we’ll miss you. @BJTC_UK
