A Summit That Unlocked the Future of the Sunrise State
From greenfield airports to green energy, from aerospace to shipbuilding, from retail to advanced manufacturing, the CII Partnership Summit wasn’t just an event. It was a preview of the Andhra Pradesh that’s rising.
What unfolded over the last few days went far beyond MoUs and announcements. It was a convergence of every major industry shaping tomorrow’s economy — all choosing to engage with Andhra Pradesh. Global leaders across clean energy, engineering, food processing, pharma, auto components, tourism, logistics, space-tech, drone tech and more entered the room with conviction, curiosity and a strong belief in the State’s potential.
Names like Reliance Industries, Hero Future Energies, AM Green, Lulu Group, AAI, WEF and many others didn’t just attend; they brought ideas, ambition and a shared vision of what can be built here.
That is what makes this Summit exceptional: it unlocked a future where thousands of jobs, new industrial ecosystems and next-generation capabilities grow together in harmony. Andhra Pradesh didn’t just host industries; it aligned them, energised them and inspired them.
For APEDB, the excitement lies not only in the partnerships formed but in what they will create — stronger supply chains, vibrant talent ecosystems, expanded employment and a more competitive, innovation-driven economy.
If this is what one summit can spark, the future ahead is even more promising — unfolding project by project, job by job, idea by idea. Proud to stand as Partners in Progress, shaping the Sunrise State into the global growth story it is destined to become.

India is going to play a critical role in maintaining food security. Within India, it is Andhra Pradesh which is currently the major producer of majority of products. At the same time, the people of Andhra Pradesh are very progressive, very enterprising, and they have strong risk-taking ability. There are many startups in Andhra Pradesh that need to be taken to a different level of operation.

Reskilling is not an option but a policy imperative. It’s not teaching somebody a new skill, it’s equipping our workers for a future of continuous change. This requires replacing our old skills, aligning our training to international standards, and constantly developing adaptive & problem solving skills among our workforce. We are renowned for it's work ethic, skill, and technical talent and If we invest well into skilling as a practice, we will be well-positioned to lead the world.

A decade ago, APNRTS was established with a simple but powerful mission to stand by our NRIs our blue collar, white collar, and red collar heroes across the globe. From Southeast Asia to Silicon Valley, they seek support, dignity, and connection which we provide to them, with the intent to serve them. We help them secure passport, getting guidance, or finding a step back home. Our NRIs are not just migrants; they are a reservoir of talent and influence shaping global industries, politics, and technology. We should focus on how to integrate this incredible talent, their skill, spirit, and conviction to transform India itself.

Agri Stack, India’s agricultural data initiative, functions much like Aadhaar for farmers and their land. It maps farmers and their fields through geo-coordinates, enabling precise identification of what is grown, where it is grown, and by whom. This allows both government schemes and private sector services to deliver data-driven, targeted support. By creating a transparent and integrated digital ecosystem, Agri Stack empowers farmers with timely access to benefits even those who cultivate land without formal ownership. It reflects the Government of India’s vision of a data-centric, farmer-focused future for agriculture.

Agriculture is a cornerstone sector for the world and for Andhra Pradesh. When agriculture thrives, the environment thrives with it. To strengthen our surroundings, we must build a robust agricultural system. Every industry depends on raw materials, and it is our responsibility to support our hardworking farmers with the facilities they need to sustain and grow this vital sector. In agriculture, our annadaata- farmer is the key. We must rethink how we view this entrepreneur, because the farmer is the one who takes the highest risk and invests in an enterprise at the start of every single season.

India has shown that reform is not a slogan, it is a process rooted in courage and conviction. Mauritius salutes India’s leadership in combining technology, trust, and inclusion. As a nation that imports almost everything we consume, we rely heavily on external supply chains and face climate shocks that test our fiscal endurance. Yet these continued flows reflect confidence in our regulatory integrity and in India’s growth story. We look forward to strengthening our relations and work in harmony.
