Total Force Strength Ratio: The overall ratio of officers to enlisted soldiers in the Indian Army is approximately 1:160. Officers make up a small fraction of active personnel, while Personnel Below Officer Rank (PBOR) and Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) make up over 95%

In total 26K Soldiers, JCOs and Officers have sacrificed their life for rhis country and officers percentage according to the ration is much higher than soldier’s.

The early mosques has no defined shape it all started in ottoman and Mughal era.
Both copied the design from local Indian/Persian temples.

The Armed Forces operate under a strict hierarchical command structure and cannot be equated with informal neighbourhood relationships where notions of equality may be applied casually.
Introducing the approach advocated by Ms. Neha would seriously undermine the entire Army’s command system and operational effectiveness.
I come from a similar background and take genuine pride in the disciplined system we have followed. It is precisely this structure that keeps the nation secure, allowing others the freedom to debate equality.
It is also important to note that the Armed Forces already provide multiple formal channels through which grievances against a senior can be raised and addressed.
The whole idea of Ms. Neha is flawed and the whole purpose is to create a revolt within/against armed forces to weaken the nation.
