hey @taxaoutdoors , how do I go about getting a warranty repair started? - submitted on 4/29, customer support took 2 months to confirm that my issue was a warranty issue (6/29), then ghosted my emails and calls, and did not call me during a timeframe scheduled on your website
It's been a year since my fellow inquirers and I were acquired by @PointClickCare, and it's been an amazing ride. I've gotten to expand my reach and work on some incredibly impactful projects. I'm looking forward to see what the next year brings. #workSomewhereAwesome
It's official—we have joined PointClickCare! Today's announcement marks a major milestone for Audacious Inquiry. We are excited to band together and improve patient outcomes as North America's most comprehensive #carecollaboration network. https://t.co/sDsdxOYOn2
@Scott_Afzal @A_INQ For me, the past 9 years have been amazing. I've gotten to work with some of my dearest friends on an incredibly impactful mission. I'm super stoked about the opportunity to work with our new friends, @PointClickCare, on that shared mission.
Happy #PiDay2021, @A_INQ! For our second annual virtual pi competition, I present to you a strawberry rhubarb Pi(e). Hopefully we can do this in person next year!
@gilligan128@mipsytipsy Originally, it was like that, the role has evolved into full-time positions. Empathy is still a huge part of it, as it’s key to how we conduct business. Another big piece is being able to fix tough problems, tie up loose ends, or finding the right people to help.
@iamdyanneo @mipsytipsy Absolutely, we empower our scrum masters, and they are some of our team members that have had the longest tenure with the company.
@mipsytipsy The story points are generally more helpful as a self measurement tool - the primary goal is really just evaluating where we are today vs. where we should be, so as a team we can determine how to get back on track without disenfranchising individuals. 5/5
@mipsytipsy Sincere autonomy is also engrained in our team dynamics. We allow folks to do their work and trust that they will reach out if something goes wrong, for the most part this tactic works for us, but the SM role has become more of an insurance policy around this aspect. 3/5
@mipsytipsy As the SM role evolved for us, naturally, more extroverted folks self navigated to that role, and the SM role evolved into a much more important role than just monitoring velocity and updating status. They're a core source of team motivation - they're empathetic leaders. 2/5
@mipsytipsy For a long time, we treated SM duties as a chore, for maintaining status and compliance in agile. When we pivoted from purely custom development to product development, we were fortunately top heavy with senior engineers, so we rotated those responsibilities. 1/5
