Taking @KedcARTS global! While my son sleeps, Iโm out exploring Japan. (By exploring I mean I found a @Starbucks@Starbucks_J so I could watch the meeting I missed while on yesterdayโs flight. ๐) Not only has this grant provided me with the most amazing professional development, it has also given me the confidence I seemed to have misplaced over the past 25 years in the classroom. I attended a session back in January with Patricia @BryantWeiner about using AI for art. Today I put that learning to use as my students used AI to turn their Picasso style cubism portrait drawings into digital art using AI. Here is one example. Thanks @KedcARTS and @KEDCGrants
After sessions with @RightQuestion Institute, I began thinking deeper about the questions Iโm asking students. I can see student engagement increasing, and I am excited to continue to use this technique to helps students make math and social studies connections during Art.
