这段时间试着把 OpenClaw 落地到真实业务场景，却发现其内部多个 Agent 互不认识，没有团队协作概念，无法在复杂流程中分工。

恰巧，发现了 Clawith 这个开源的多智能体协作平台，正好填补了 OpenClaw 团队协作的空白。

核心亮点是在 OpenClaw 基础上，引入了自适应的 Aware 机制，Agent 不再被动等指令，而是根据任务进展自主调整行动计划。

举个好理解的例子：想要收集全公司 100 人团建的想法，用 OpenClaw 只能定个闹钟定时群发，像个只会按时巡检的守卫。

而使用 Clawith 规定好截止时间和催促频率，Agent 会给每个人挂上专属的等待触发器。

一旦同事回复了消息，就自动取消对他的催促。要是遇到有人回复在忙，Agent 还会识趣地动态降低打扰频率，延后到合适的时间再问。

除此之外，Openclaw的核心机制均得到了保留，并且Clawith还能为 Agent 设定“同事”关系、专属人格，用起来更像一位数字员工。

部署很简单，提供本地一键脚本和 Docker 两种方式，想给团队搭建一套 AI 工作流的朋友，可以试下 Clawith。
