@hexclad We have tried all three of the above. The worst part is, we are retired and traveling in our RV, and wanted to purchase some pans that will last us the rest of our lives (we’re in our 70’s). This was a HUGE investment for us. And to have them not perform as the demo we saw that.

@greedy_gardens @Englishomestead I���m with you there. I’m such a novice baker (never really learned) my sister was a juvenile diabetic, back in the 60’s,so no good info on food exchanges, so we just didn’t bake. I’m lost with the “starter” too👵
