Beyond frustrated. Bought a TV from Takealot. It was faulty, so they replaced it. The replacement has exactly the same fault. Takealot then sent me to the manufacturer's repair centre. First visit: software update. Fault came back within days. Second visit: motherboard replaced. A few days later... same fault again.

@Rb__sa It's quite simple. The Government bills payments wasn't working, it was offline. And that on PAYE deadline. Not fair, now we have to pay penalties and interest.
@CompensationFnd would be awesome if your online Employer Registration actually worked, but as usual government services..... Your site allows me to complete all the necessary fields but when clicking submit, suddenly the Town field disappears and an error is displayed stating it's a required field. Well I did complete it but your site has a bug. No wonder employers couldn't be bothered to register.
@McDonalds_SA infuriated right now because your staff don't know how to work the q at Bedfordview. Sat in the drive thu for over 20mins which made me late for my appointment!!!
@TAKEALOT please explain why I can't return this item? It's giving the exact same problem as the prior tv delivered. There is clearly an issue with this model or the batch. I need to return it. Order #207131620.
Hi @FlySafair โ can you explain the point of Business Class now? Same queue as priority boarders (half the plane), not called first to board, and luggage not prioritised on the carousel. Hard to see what the premium is actually paying for.
@CityofJoburgZA just days after repairs were done, the burst on cnr West and North In Ferndale Randburg has reopened and is flowing stronger than before. Clean water going to waste. @Our_DA
It is astounding to me that bad service delivery seems to be a norm every where these days. Here is my conversation with @TAKEALOT who failed to do a next day delivery: (and note the last pic clearly shows my order was marked next day delivery)
@TAKEALOT you have really caused me much frustration. My order placed and paid for yesterday told me 'next day delivery'. Now the tracking in the app says MONDAY. Why give a next day delivery option if you are not going to honor it?! Deets in your DM. Not a happy customer.
@sarstax hey SARS, as a tax practitioner it really doesn't help to receive smses like this. How am I supposed to know which client this is for? Most unhelpful.
@WOOLWORTHS_SA please could you separate out the avocados on the shopping app? I don't buy anything else but Hass and not having the option to specify is highly annoying.
@TAKEALOT wish there was a way of marking orders as urgent and needed 1st thing in the morning. Order #202996210 is needed urgently and although is marked for delivery today, has yet to be shipped and it's midday already.
