Been on hold for this long and haven't spoken to a single person yet. Add this to the dozens (no exaggeration!) of hours I've already spent on the phone with @IBX in 2024 due to their abysmal billing errors. Health insurance should not be this stressful.

@IBX Update on this. It's been 5 months since my public complaint (almost 10 months since their errors began) and over 12 hours of my time on the phone with @IBX telling me this is being fixed. Still isn't.
