@CazooHelp I bought a Ford Focus 2017 plate from you three years ago. Now has 51,000 miles and is a non runner. Local garage pointed out there is a known fault with these cars. As I bought it from you on finance, I am reaching out to you on the advice of the finance company.
@Ford I have a Ford Focus Ecoboost 51,000 miles. Misfires. Garage said it’s a known fault. Engine needs replacing. I bought from Cazoo. Regularly serviced. I can see online that this is a known fauot and you have repaired/ replaced engines in the past?
@Apple can you help? I have a giftcard for £200 and the receipt from Tesco. I tried to use it online but the security strip has damaged/ removed part of the number so it won’t scan. The Apple store say take it back to Tesco. Tesco say it’s not their problem.

@drivalia use a different company. Alternatively, expect lots of errors and charges and that they will be reluctant to respond. I think their systems seem to be the problem. I’ll not use them again.
@drivalia just had a call to say I should link my bank account to Lemfi to get a refund of £179.24. My bank didn’t think it a good idea. Can you advise? Is this legitimate? Why not just refund onto the card I paid with - you clearly have those details as you whisked away £75.24
@CaseClaimHQ I have sent this information many times. If I do not receive a refund by Friday 12th December, I will be issuing a civil claim. That will incur you an extra cost of £200. Please regard this as my letter before action.
@drivalia you over charged me £75. You’ve acknowledged the error. I’ve been chasing this for five weeks. No sign of a payment. Calling customer services. Call ends as soon as dial number. Any suggestions ?
@drivalia can you help ? You have charged me £76 for extra fuel. You’ve sent me the booking form which is wrong : the mileage is wrong ( twice as, you’ve added two weeks to my booking , the fuel tank record is wrong. I hired with half a tank. Returned with over half a tank.
@drivalia I have a hire car. The petrol cap is broken. Toyota Yaris. The lever in the floor doesn’t open the cap but can hear it clicking and trying to engage . Any advice ? I need to refuel and get to work tomorrow

@GWRHelp I put in a delay repay claim for my train that was cancelled. You emailed to say it was Cross Country. Now, Cross Country have emailed to say it was GWR🤦��♀️a Sunday train from WSM to Paddington at 11.45. Any suggestions ?
