The Law has never been equal in Manipur - tribals have always faced the wrong end of justice even in the past: an innucous post against the CM will result in a tribal youth being picked up by Police and held in lock-up; while Meitei people threatening all tribals by locking up ATSUM office are given free run even in the past!

But the skewed justice system has taken another turn for the worse- no action taken up despite over 4 months having elapsed where tribals are concerned; but justice have been swift when the boots on the tribals.

What’s more disheartening is that the CBI seems to be working only in favour of the Meitei community. Where is the arrest of David Thiek's killer, the MLA's PRO who had chopped off his head?  Where's the arrest of those who had burnt a mother, son and aunt, alive, inside an ambulance?

Since May 3,2023, the #Kuki_Zo people have been chased,hunted and butchered like animals but as of today no justice has been delivered.

Why is there partial justice among citizens of the same state too?? Does being a minority not give you the right to seek and be granted justice??

As citizens of India right to life and liberty is a fundamental right but the same right has been snatched away from the #Kuki_Zo people and the only solution is to grant a Separate Administration.

A brief history of Narco Terrorists -

Meitei Introduce, Supply seeds, Teach cultivation, Sponsor and fund Poppy projects to Hill tribals. Few kuki shifting cultivators and Rural folks including Nepalese are Wage labourers and some are Portals.

Not all the Kukis are poppy cultivators. Proof: KaniRajMedicity at North AOC, other private hospital industry.

Something very personal, from a friend that survived the fated night of 3 Rd May 2023 in Imphal.
They got a message in WhatsApp about the attack. The dreaded sound of Meira Paibis banging the electric poles sounded like hells bells . All lights off , if possible even breathing was a sin. They saw police commandos assisting the ultra Meitei groups , fire and smoke filled that night. Only sound was that of the mob and ringing of the poles. They waited , till 3 am at night, but very luckily their locality was left for the next day. Next morning they fled for Lamka.
I dunno how much it can convey the fear, but I can relate to every second of his ordeal. If they still say both sides were in a conflict, I would not buy it .

India likes to pretend to be a woman centric nation . But from my childhood till today, one thing is common, women r not the same as men in this country. Taunting on streets are accepted as a common thing that Indian men do, stalking and harassment in name of love is glorified in movies, novels and society. Victimization of women are used as the a trp factor. And love?? Yeah even when love is there ,women are treated as a property, a beautiful prized piece ,that needs to justify every breath or movement. So why suddenly this Manipur incident shocks the celebs and people? It's the climax of an age-old suppressed evil
