Three agents. Three different answers. The order isn’t even shipped
@AmazonHelp Please give the Social Media Escalations chat directly. The link keeps sending me back to regular Customer Service, where I already spoke with three agent
@AmazonHelp It’s redirecting me to the same Customer Service chat where I already spoke with three different agents. Now I’m being sent back to the exact same place again. this is literally the issue I’m trying to escalate.
Prime member for years never had an experience like this.
The order wasn’t even shipped.
Three agents, conflicting answers and false expectations.
If it couldn’t be cancelled, just say that upfront. @amazon@AmazonHelp

@flipkartsupport@Flipkart People should know how this process works and what customers may go through. That’s why I’m keeping this convo in the public.
Never buying any AC or physical product from Flipkart again.
For the last 15 days, we’ve been calling customer care again. They raise a return request, then it gets resolved without pickup, then we call again, and they raise another request. Same cycle, same “48 hours” promise.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart How many days does it take to give one clear resolution? This feels like playing with a customer, and I’m tired of this corporate drama.
I’m not relying on Flipkart anymore. Let the National Consumer Helpline take it from here. Hope they sort this out.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart This is why I’m keeping this long thread public. Anyone planning to buy from Flipkart should see what happens when a defective product needs a return.
Automated replies from support are useless if there is no real resolution.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart What exactly is happening with these requests? How are they being raised, closed, and rejected without a proper final explanation?
At least give a clear reason instead of dragging the customer through the same loop again and again.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart This is proof that returns on Flipkart don’t mean anything.
Look at the dates, number of requests, and tweets they made this whole process a nightmare.
Never buy anything from Flipkart. That’s my honest suggestion.
Thank you all.

@flipkartsupport You’re asking me to wait, but the app already shows the return is rejected. This is exactly the sync-up issue I’m talking about.
This is not how customer support should work. We shouldn’t be forced to follow up endlessly for a basic resolution. @Flipkart
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart Flipkart made me run around for nearly 20 days now, only to reject the return without a proper inspection or clear reason.
This feels like a corporate game where the customer is valued only until the product is delivered.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart Frankly, this can happen to anyone. My suggestion: don’t buy big-ticket items worth ₹50K+ online. Buy directly from a physical store.
If the product is good, everything is fine. But if it’s defective, this return process can become a nightmare.
